Purpose of Data Collection:
When accessing our website, access data is automatically logged. All other data is collected through your input.
We collect, process, and use your data only if you give your consent or if a legal regulation permits processing or use. Only data necessary for the implementation and utilization of our services, or data you voluntarily provide to us, will be collected, processed, and used. Personal Data:
Personal data such as name, address, telephone number, or email address is not collected by us unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g., in the context of a membership information request, membership application, business request, registration for an event organized by European Bioplastics, or registration for a newsletter. We use the data you voluntarily provide only for the purpose for which you have provided it or for which a legal provision permits processing.
Duration of Processing:
We only process your data as long as it is necessary to fulfill our contract, applicable legal regulations, or to maintain our relationship with you.
Business documents and data are stored for a maximum of 10 years in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code and the Fiscal Code.
